Project management plays an important role in tool making process, STK’s project managers are experienced in tool design and manufacturing process, our project manager monitors and supervises the entire process from project kick-off through to completion, he is permanently involved in the project, and is a committed point of contact for the customer in each and every phase.
Our project managers will carefully review every detail of program requirement, make effective project timing plan, communicate and exchange information internally and with the customers, do problem solving, organize project meetings and submit weekly progress reports to customers.
